expert Brumberg has been rooted in Menden and the surrounding region for 125 years. On a sales area of 2,000 square meters, the team offers customers a wide range of household and consumer electronics, from dishwashers to game consoles, along with personal service and tailored advice. More than 80 dedicated employees and 10 trainees currently work there.
Role overview
The company is looking for a salesperson, retail associate, or career changer for TV and consumer electronics in Menden. The role focuses on customer guidance, product advice, and sales support directly on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for customers in the sales area, help them find the right solution for items such as televisions and audio accessories, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. The job also includes advisory conversations, preparing quotes and invoices, finalizing contracts, presenting merchandise on shelves, and supporting promotional activities.
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate enjoys selling and working with people, brings a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset, and either has completed training in retail/sales or is motivated to learn the necessary product knowledge as a career changer. Previous experience in consumer electronics sales is helpful but not mandatory.
