Job description

Role overview

Join the Berlin team and take on a customer-facing retail role focused on IT products. The position combines consultative sales, product presentation, and checkout responsibilities in a shop environment.

Your tasks

  • Provide confident, knowledgeable, and needs-based advice to customers in the store.
  • Showcase and sell IT hardware, software items, and related accessories.
  • Handle cash register transactions, including the end-of-day closing process.

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training in retail and already gained initial experience selling IT hardware.
  • You communicate well and are enthusiastic about technology and digital products.
  • You are strongly oriented toward customer service and delivering a helpful shopping experience.
  • You work well in a team and contribute positively to collaboration.
