Role overview
We are looking for a Venue General Manager to take the lead at the Noosa venue. In this role, you will set the pace for the team, maintain a positive atmosphere, and ensure the venue delivers a great experience every day. You will oversee smooth shift operations, support guest satisfaction, and help build a workplace people are proud to be part of.
Working closely with the Area Leader and leading from the front, you will play a key part in shaping the team culture, improving performance, and creating a venue that stands out for the right reasons.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team with a clear, values-based approach that supports development and high performance.
- Take ownership of daily venue operations and keep service efficient, compliant, and aligned with brand expectations.
- Manage financial results, including labour costs, cost of goods sold, and overall P&L performance.
- Handle inventory planning, stock management, and coordination with suppliers.
- Maintain strong standards across health, safety, and food compliance at all times.
- Hire, train, and coach team members so operational and service goals are consistently met.
- Build a culture that is positive, accountable, and focused on performance.
Candidate profile
To succeed in this role, you should bring leadership experience from retail, quick service restaurant, or hospitality management environments. You will need solid commercial judgement, confidence working with KPIs and financial targets, and the ability to develop both teams and future leaders.
You should be well organised, able to prioritise under pressure, and comfortable solving problems in a hands-on way. A proactive leadership style is important, as is enthusiasm for launching and guiding a new venue.
