This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, and involves a hybrid working arrangement combining remote work and office presence depending on team requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead vendor-based Account Executives by onboarding and training them on LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) product suite, best practices, and systems.
- Manage revenue operations including forecasting, planning, and KPI development and monitoring.
- Analyze weekly sales data and provide updates and insights to internal leadership through regular reporting.
- Conduct weekly business reviews to diagnose performance, implement corrective measures, and ensure achievement of growth targets.
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with vendor sales teams, providing guidance on market strategies and trends.
- Identify and implement innovative sales improvements and scalable growth initiatives in collaboration with central teams.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of five years’ experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or customer support.
- At least two years’ experience in sales training, coaching, or similar developmental roles.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional European language.
- Preferred experience includes a background in digital advertising sales, managing or partnering with outsourced sales teams, and driving team growth.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for enhancing seller productivity and customer engagement.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments with strong entrepreneurial drive.
- Expertise in sales management processes like pipeline management, forecasting, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Analytical skills for sales data interpretation and outcome management.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills capable of managing stakeholders in complex organizational structures.
