Vehicle Wash Staff

About the Role

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a full-time Vehicle Wash Staff member to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of our fleet vehicles. This role involves cleaning, detailing, and preparing buses, vans, shuttles, and other transportation vehicles to ensure safety and enhance the passenger experience. The schedule is flexible, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, and 401(k) are offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough exterior washing and cleaning of fleet vehicles including buses, vans, and shuttles.
• Vacuum and sweep the interiors, ensuring all passenger and driver areas are clean.
• Wipe down seats, walls, handrails, dashboards, and driver compartments.
• Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and step wells effectively.
• Remove trash and debris from inside vehicles.
• Sanitize frequently touched surfaces and passenger areas to maintain hygiene.
• Inspect vehicles post-cleaning to report any damage or maintenance issues.
• Maintain and care for wash bay equipment and cleaning materials.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Assist in detailed cleaning projects and special vehicle detailing as required.
• Keep work environments safe, clean, and organized.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
