About the Role
The Shuttler Driver in Production, based in Enfield, Nova Scotia, helps keep vehicles moving smoothly through the onboarding and reconditioning workflow. The position is responsible for transferring vehicles safely and efficiently between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities so inventory is ready on time.
Responsibilities
- Move vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch locations.
- Support onboarding and detailing activities when needed.
- Help arrange vehicles in warehouse areas and outdoor lots.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and flag any damage or concerns.
- Handle vehicles in a safe manner and follow company procedures at all times.
- Keep clear and accurate logs of vehicle transfers.
- Work toward daily shuttle and turnaround goals.
- Coordinate with the Production team to help maintain inventory readiness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
- Prior experience in driving, warehousing, or logistics is an asset.
- Strong focus on detail and safety.
- Dependable, accountable, and comfortable working both independently and with others.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach when dealing with vendors and partners.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-moving environment.
- Physical ability to get in and out of vehicles often and remain standing or walking for long periods.
Preferred Background
Experience in automotive, logistics, or production settings is a plus, along with interest in building a career in automotive operations.

Compensation
The pay rate is $18.25 per hour. Compensation is determined by skills, performance, market benchmarks, job duties, and working conditions.
