Taupo Toyota, part of the prestigious Hawkes Bay Toyota Group, is seeking a full-time Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team in Taupo, Waikato, New Zealand. We are excited about upcoming developments, including a new showroom and upgraded facilities, providing a fresh and modern environment alongside our nearly finalized state-of-the-art workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting used vehicles tailored to their needs and budgets.
• Handle customer inquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Develop authentic customer relationships beyond scripted interactions.
• Stay informed about the constantly changing vehicle inventory.
• Work diligently to meet individual and team sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Candidate Profile

Success in this role requires a positive, enthusiastic approach and eagerness to engage with people. You should be a confident communicator, adaptable to change, motivated, reliable, and comfortable working towards targets. While prior sales experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory; the ability to connect with customers is paramount, and training will be provided.
