Vehicle Dispatch Specialist

Role Overview

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is a ceramics manufacturing business known for producing high-quality tiles for Ghana and the wider West African market. This position is suited to a self-owned vehicle dispatch professional with a degree and relevant experience who can support material movement operations.

Core Duties

• Arrange the deployment of self-owned vehicles according to day-to-day operational requirements.
• Keep accurate records for drivers and vehicles.
• Liaise with warehouse and production teams to support smooth coordination.
• Monitor trip completion and escalate any operational problems.
• Work to ensure dispatch activities are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualification and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
• Previous experience in dispatching or transport coordination is expected.
• Strong skills in organization and communication are important.
• The ability to remain effective under pressure is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
