Role overview
Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is looking to hire a Safety Manager for its Takoradi, Western Region operations in Ghana.
Key responsibilities
- Create, roll out, and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out safety audits and site inspections to identify risks and improvement areas.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to applicable health and safety regulations.
- Deliver safety orientation and training sessions to employees.
Qualifications and experience
- A Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a closely related discipline is required.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in safety management.
- Applicants need strong knowledge of safety rules, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and leadership abilities are essential.
