  • Directly improve outcomes for veteran patients through non-drug treatment alternatives.
  • Experience considerable independence with visibility among senior executive and sales leadership.
  • Clear advancement opportunities to regional or national leadership roles within the Veterans Affairs (VA) network.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strategic connections with VA clinical teams, service leaders, prosthetics departments, and administrative personnel.
  • Act as the main liaison for therapy adoption, reimbursement processes, and program sustainability at assigned VA locations.
  • Deliver thorough clinical education, product demonstrations, and ongoing training related to therapy solutions.
  • Build authority as a subject matter expert on therapy indications, best practices, coding, VA policies, and patient pathways.
  • Drive growth in therapy use and prosthetics orders, expanding patient engagement and provider adoption.
  • Support and achieve regional and facility growth goals, facilitating expansion into new VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) and Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs).
  • Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies alongside clinical and prosthetics teams to align with policies and payer requirements.
  • Ensure therapy programs comply with reimbursement, prosthetics services, and documentation standards.
  • Provide data analysis on adoption trends and barriers, offering strategic forecasting to sales leadership.
  • Assist in multi-site expansion initiatives by collaborating with government accounts, contracting, reimbursement, and marketing departments.
  • Adapt responsibilities in response to organizational priorities; role involves local and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in relationship building, communication, and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Capable of working autonomously in complex healthcare environments.
