Job description

Company Overview

Helm AI creates simulation-based decision support platforms that help organizations evaluate strategic choices before acting in the real world. Its agentic simulation technology models human behavior at scale as interconnected chain reactions, showing how shifts in customer behavior, corporate action, or regulation can spread across systems and create downstream effects. These insights are designed to help leaders forecast outcomes, lower risk, and make better-informed decisions.

The role focuses on uncovering stakeholder needs for Helm AI’s simulation tools and turning research findings into practical recommendations that support product strategy and UX design.
