Position Summary

We are hiring a US Staffing Recruiter specializing in BFSI and Non-IT sectors such as Automotive, Utilities, Energy, Telecom, and Pharma. This full-time position is based in Lucknow and requires working evening shifts aligned with US timings (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST). Candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience in US recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for US-based hiring needs, managing both contract (W2, C2C, 1099) and permanent roles.
• Source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates within BFSI and Non-IT verticals.
• Leverage job portals, social media, and database tools for active and passive talent acquisition.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings assessing skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
• Coordinate with US clients, vendors, and account managers to understand requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles promptly.
• Engage in daily team meetings to track hiring status.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven expertise in US staffing, including knowledge of US tax classifications (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization processes.
• Experience in recruitment across BFSI and Non-IT sectors.
• Proficient in utilizing job portals and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Willingness to operate in US shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-6 years of direct US recruitment experience with exposure to contract and permanent hiring.
• Experience collaborating with direct US clients is advantageous.
• Ready to join immediately.
