About the Role
We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters with 1 to 3 years of expertise in US staffing. Candidates will engage in comprehensive recruitment processes, requiring strong communication and sourcing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within the US market.
- Effectively source, screen, and engage candidates suitable for clients' requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Operate efficiently while adapting to EST shift working hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in US IT staffing and recruitment.
- Proven ability in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.
- Capability to work during Eastern Standard Time night shift.
