Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of professional involvement specifically in the IT staffing domain. The ideal candidate should contain complete expertise in handling the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Required Experience and Expertise
- Prior experience recruiting for clients based in the U.S., Canada, or Latin America is essential.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, especially with hands-on skills in utilizing a LinkedIn RPS (Recruiter Professional Services) account.
- Capability to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment and consistently submit 2 to 4 candidate resumes per day.
Additional Details
- Number of vacancies available: 2
- Monthly salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 (compensation will be aligned according to existing CTC)
- The role requires working night shifts from 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST
