The candidate must possess in-depth expertise in W2 hiring and demonstrate success in sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier IT candidates within the US market. This position suits recruiters passionate about technology hiring who excel in dynamic environments and can handle complete recruitment processes while ensuring quality hires.

Work Conditions

• Location: Onsite in Chennai
• Shift: US business hours; some evening or night hours may be required as per business demands

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements to design effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify and recruit skilled IT professionals throughout the US market.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of W2 recruitment procedures and maintain active candidate engagement.
• Support recruitment for large enterprise clients and manage high-volume hiring needs.
• Leverage various sourcing tools, including job portals, social media, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.
• Evaluate applicants for technical competencies, experience, availability, and job suitability.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client representatives.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate data, trackers, and internal databases.
• Achieve recruitment goals while upholding high standards of quality in hiring.
• Keep abreast of market trends, advanced sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
