Role Overview
We are hiring for roles within US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management including AR Caller positions focused on Hospital Billing (HB), Physician Billing (PB), and Dental Billing, as well as AR Quality Analyst roles. These positions involve handling accounts receivable follow-ups, denial management, and quality analysis within healthcare billing processes.
Positions and Locations
- AR Caller for Hospital and Physician Billing – Locations: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore
- AR Caller for Dental Billing – Location: Mumbai (Night Shift)
- AR Quality Analyst – Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounts receivable calling and denial management for hospital and physician billing.
- Insurance follow-up regarding outstanding claims.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with US insurance companies on pending dental claims.
- Ensure quality assurance for AR calling processes, reviewing accuracy and effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- AR Caller Hospital/Physician Billing: Knowledge of Hospital or Physician Billing, AR calling, denial management, insurance follow-up.
- AR Caller Dental Billing: Preferably 8 months to 3+ years experience in Dental or Medical Billing AR; Intermediate education or above; ready for immediate joining.
- AR Quality Analyst: Minimum 5 years of AR calling experience including at least 1 year as AR QA; Intermediate or Graduate education.
Compensation and Benefits
- AR Caller HB/PB: Salary up to ₹56,000 take-home plus ₹8,800 shift allowance; includes 2-way CAB service.
- AR Caller Dental Billing: ₹48,000 take-home salary; night shift timing.
- AR Quality Analyst: Salary up to ₹12,00,000 per annum.

- Qualifications accepted: Intermediate or Any Graduate for all roles.
- CAB transportation facility available for HB/PB AR Caller role.
- Immediate joining preferred for Dental Billing AR Caller.
