  • Adhere strictly to internal controls, audit standards, legal frameworks, and approval workflows.
  • Demonstrate dedication to completing all payroll phases independently, from initial preparations through post-processing, to ensure accurate and prompt payroll delivery.
  • Perform detailed validations to detect and resolve discrepancies in preliminary payroll calculations to minimize corrections after payroll runs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries for assigned client groups.
  • Develop strong collaboration with the Employee Lifecycle Team to foster efficient daily operations.
  • Assist internal departments such as Finance and HR with payroll-related questions, including reconciliations, payroll postings, and reporting.
  • Maintain productive partnerships with external entities including payroll providers, pension, and health insurance vendors.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects, audits, and year-end compliance activities.
  • Establish and maintain detailed checks and controls before and after payroll execution, including preparation of related reports.
  • Function as a subject matter expert on social legislation relevant to the countries under your scope.
  • Create and keep updated documentation of payroll knowledge and process instructions to support seamless backfilling.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll operations or a related role.

  • Capable of thriving under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are beneficial.
