You'll assist callers with inquiries about insurance policies, claims, eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations while strictly maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls related to US healthcare insurance details including claims and coverage.
• Offer precise information on eligibility criteria, deductible amounts, payments, and prior approvals.
• Record all customer interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Address customer concerns efficiently, prioritizing their satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Keep abreast of updates in systems and policies while aiming to meet quality and productivity standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical thinking, comprehension, and multitasking skills.
• Basic proficiency in business writing and proper email etiquette.
• Customer service focus with refined interpersonal abilities.
• Not currently enrolled in any full-time academic course.
• Willingness to work night shifts and operate from the office.
• Prepared to relocate within the company-defined transportation boundary if coming from outside Mumbai.
• Possession of original Aadhaar and PAN cards is mandatory.
