Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively promote IT candidates to direct client companies for potential opportunities.
- Regularly scan job portals, vendor communications, and Vendor Management Systems to identify open positions that fit candidate skill sets.
- Customize and adjust consultant resumes to align closely with client job descriptions while preserving accuracy.
- Negotiate lucrative hourly rates or salary packages with vendors where applicable.
- Coordinate interview schedules including technical rounds, prepare candidates, collect client feedback, and facilitate the complete hiring process from submission through onboarding.
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with bench candidates, account managers, and vendor liaisons to cultivate future business prospects.
- Keep detailed records of daily submissions, interview progress, and candidate availability utilizing ATS, CRM, or Excel trackers.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Experience ranging from entry-level to over 3 years in US IT staffing or bench sales is acceptable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills essential for negotiation and professional networking.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, cooperative team player, quick to learn and adapt.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently without direct supervision.
- Flexibility to work night shifts from approximately 6:00/6:30 PM to 3:30/4:00 AM India Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
- Open to freshers eager to learn and grow in this domain.
Work Composition
70% of the role involves active calling, while the remaining 30% focuses on backend processes.
Compensation
Salary ranges from 25,000 to 40,000 Indian Rupees per month.
