Job Description

We are actively seeking candidates to join our international non-voice chat support team. This role involves delivering high-quality customer service through written communication, engaging with global customers in a professional manner. Both freshers and applicants with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Interview Details

The interview drive will be conducted from July 10th to July 17th between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM IST at Sutherland's Chennai office: A1, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur. Please register before attending.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support by managing chat-based interactions with international clients
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
• Adapt to rotational and night shifts with weekly rotational offs

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Graduation is not required; freshers and those with up to 6 months experience can apply
• Availability to work from office in Chennai with willingness for rotational night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
