Role Overview
We are urgently seeking associates for the Finance Process focusing on the Email domain. Candidates will handle inbound chats, calls, and emails with a specialization in finance-related queries.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound emails, chats, and calls related to finance processes.
- Deliver excellent communication in English while processing financial transactions.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of experience within BFSI or BPO sectors.
- At least 2 years of email domain experience is required.
- Prior experience in stock market processes, BPO inbound/blended roles is advantageous.
Work Conditions
- Shift: Rotational shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM with a 10-hour duty.
- Working days: 5 days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Location: Andheri or Sakinaka, Mumbai Suburban.
- Salary: Up to 27,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience.
