Role overview
This position is for a remote admissions specialist role with a university focused on arts and education. The team is looking for someone energetic, approachable, and motivated by a fast-moving environment where excellent service matters. In this role, you will connect with prospective students and their families, answer their questions, and help guide them through the enrollment journey.
What the role involves
- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls from prospective students and respond clearly to questions about the university’s schools of learning.
- Place outbound calls to prospective students and their families to support them with educational planning.
- Deliver a consistently strong customer service experience to students and families.
- Walk applicants through the enrollment process while sharing accurate and up-to-date program information.
- Go the extra mile to help students feel prepared for success.
- Communicate details about academic offerings, student support services, and university policies and procedures.

- Availability to work either 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $55,000 to $70,304, depending on experience and location.
