Role Overview

We are looking for self-driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our Health Agency vertical in the capacity of Development/Relationship Manager. The position is based in Kolkata and requires a minimum of one year of field sales experience in the sales domain. The role emphasizes agent recruitment, training, sales management, and team motivation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents and advisors.
• Steer sales growth through the agency distribution channel.
• Inspire and motivate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organize regular meetings and conduct performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing, with preference for insurance sector expertise.
• Strong communication capabilities coupled with leadership skills.
