Unit Manager - Life Insurance Agency Channel

About the Position

This role is for a Unit Manager within the Life Insurance domain under the Agency channel, employed on-roll. The role focuses on developing and leading an advisory team to drive business growth through life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring and onboarding new advisers.
• Driving business growth by generating sales through the adviser network.
• Leading and managing a team of advisers to ensure performance targets are met.
• Motivating team members to achieve sales goals.
• Providing training and ongoing guidance to develop advisers' skills and effectiveness.

Experience and Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have between 1 and 7 years of work experience.
• Minimum six months of experience within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is required for experienced candidates.
• Customer-facing sales experience across any industry is acceptable.
• Prior experience in life insurance is not required but considered advantageous.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in lane mapping, field prospecting, cold calling, or direct product pitching to new customers.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have completed any full-time graduate degree.

Additional Information

• Age limit for applicants is up to 35 years.
• Employment is on-roll.
• Compensation ranges approximately from INR 3.5 lakh to INR 5.8 lakh per annum, plus incentives, based on interview performance, previous salary, and experience.
• Monthly salary is expected between INR 23,000 and INR 40,000.
