Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through all store positions to thoroughly understand local store operations and uphold superior customer service that reflects UNIQLO’s mission and values.
- Lead, motivate, and train team members while fostering a cooperative and productive working atmosphere.
- Oversee store functions including inventory management, sales data monitoring, and store presentation standards to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Develop and execute plans to boost sales and improve key store indicators.
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and daily operational activities consistent with company policies.
- Promote and embody UNIQLO’s dedication to sustainability, innovation, and the LifeWear concept.

Qualifications and Skills

Additional Details
The recruitment process includes multiple interview stages: initial HR screening, operational leader interviews, an in-person store visit (Discovery Day), followed by executive leader interviews before final offers. The program commences in February 2027.
