Job Overview

FAENA The Red Sea is looking for a careful and well-organised Uniform & Laundry Coordinator (Saudi National) to support the Housekeeping team. This position is responsible for managing Warrior uniforms, linen, and laundry processes, with a focus on presentation, accuracy, and smooth daily operations across the resort.

The role plays an important part in supporting staff and internal operations by ensuring uniforms and linen are handled efficiently, tracked properly, and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily issue, return, and tracking of Warrior uniforms.
  • Keep complete and accurate records for uniform allocation, returns, alterations, and replacements.
  • Make sure uniforms are properly cleaned, pressed, repaired, and presented according to company standards.
  • Track uniform stock levels and flag any items that need replenishment.
  • Arrange uniform fittings for newly joined Warriors and assist with onboarding-related requirements.
  • Help manage linen stock and laundry inventory.
  • Monitor guest laundry, staff uniform, and hotel linen processing to support prompt delivery.
  • Check uniforms, linen, and laundry items to confirm quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with outside laundry vendors and suppliers when needed.
  • Record and report damaged, missing, or lost items accurately.
  • Support regular stocktaking for linen and uniforms.
  • Ensure uniforms and linen are stored, arranged, and handled correctly.
  • Keep the Uniform Room and Laundry areas clean and orderly.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times.
  • Deliver courteous and efficient support to Warriors and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, uniform room operations, administration, or a comparable role is preferred.
  • Strong ability to organise tasks and maintain records carefully.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management are important.
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of Microsoft Office tools, is required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently while handling several priorities at once.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a positive, professional approach.
  • Ability to handle employee-related information discreetly and professionally.
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules when required.
  • Interest in hospitality and commitment to high service standards.
