Role Summary

FAENA The Red Sea is hiring a guest-oriented and energetic Buggy Host to join the Front Office team. The role centers on transporting guests safely and smoothly around the resort while delivering polished, luxury-level service at every interaction. This position acts as an important part of the guest journey by helping with transportation needs, engaging guests warmly, and supporting seamless movement across the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move guests safely and efficiently across the resort.
  • Greet guests in a warm, courteous manner and maintain a high standard of service throughout each trip.
  • Help guests board and leave the buggy comfortably and safely.
  • Transport guests between villas, rooms, dining venues, wellness areas, beaches, and other resort facilities.
  • Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling and transport coordination.
  • Act quickly on transport requests received through the resort’s communication channels.
  • Work in coordination with Concierge, Bell Desk, Front Office, and Guest Experience teams.
  • Share basic information about resort amenities, events, and services when needed.
  • Support VIP movements and any specially arranged transport requirements.
  • Keep buggies clean, tidy, and ready for immediate use.
  • Carry out regular vehicle checks and escalate maintenance issues without delay.
  • Follow resort driving rules, safety practices, and operating procedures.
  • Handle guest belongings carefully during all transport activities.
  • Stay aware of resort activity patterns and busy periods to better support guest demand.
  • Present a professional image through grooming, appearance, and guest interaction that reflects luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

  • A valid driving license that meets local legal requirements is required.
  • Experience in hospitality, guest services, transportation, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Prior work in a luxury hotel or resort setting will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A service-first mindset with a professional and polished approach.
  • Comfortable working on your own while also contributing well as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of safety practices and operational guidelines.
  • Physically capable of assisting guests with luggage when needed.
  • Able to remain composed and professional in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Basic English communication skills are needed; additional languages would be beneficial.
  • A genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
