Role Overview

This position is part of the housekeeping and laundry team at a hotel in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a full-time, non-management role and is based on site. The job focuses on creating a spotless, welcoming, and memorable guest environment across the property, including guest rooms and shared spaces.

What the Role Involves

The role goes beyond simply cleaning rooms. The objective is to support a guest experience that feels polished and distinctive by maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. You will handle a variety of housekeeping tasks, respond to guest needs, restock cleaning supplies and carts, clean rooms and public areas, and take care of similar duties that help keep the hotel operating at a high standard.

You will be expected to work independently within your assigned area, using good judgment to complete tasks that support both guest satisfaction and hotel operations. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned as needed.

Work Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role requires consistent attention to safety, adherence to company procedures, and respect for confidentiality. Professional conduct is essential, including maintaining a neat uniform, a polished personal appearance, and clear, professional communication at all times.

The position is physically active and requires spending long periods standing, sitting, or walking. The work also involves frequent hands-on activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, moving, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
