Job description
Role overview
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who can shape clear, attractive, and user-friendly digital experiences. The position focuses on designing interfaces that support usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction across web apps, mobile apps, and other digital products.
You will work closely with people across product, research, and development to understand what users need, what the business is trying to achieve, and what the product requires. Your work will involve turning ideas into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and refined interface concepts that are both practical and visually consistent.
This role calls for strong design thinking, an understanding of information structure, interaction design, and visual communication, along with a hands-on approach to taking products from early concepts through to implementation. Success in the role depends on creativity, problem-solving, precision, and a genuine interest in building meaningful experiences for users.
Responsibilities
- Create interface designs for web, mobile, and other digital products.
- Build wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design interactions that feel clear, intuitive, and easy to use.
- Carry out user-centered research and use the insights to guide design choices.
- Structure content and navigation in a logical, easy-to-follow way.
- Work alongside product, research, and engineering teams throughout the design cycle.
- Keep visual style consistent across products and design systems.
- Review and improve usability, accessibility, and the overall user experience.
- Explain design ideas, reasoning, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Keep design files, assets, and documentation current and organized.
Requirements
- Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and current design standards.
- Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs.
- Understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Strong sense of visual design paired with practical problem-solving ability.
- Careful attention to detail and consistency across design work.
- Capability to turn user needs and business goals into effective solutions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in English.
- Familiarity with digital product workflows and design systems.
- Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to manage several design tasks and priorities at once.
