UI/UX Designer

Role overview

This position is for a thoughtful and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can craft clean, engaging, and easy-to-use digital experiences. The work centers on building interface and interaction designs that strengthen usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction across websites, mobile apps, software products, and other digital platforms.

You will work closely with teams across the business to understand user expectations, product goals, and technical needs. A key part of the job is turning ideas and requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs that balance function with aesthetics.

This role calls for strong design thinking, practical problem-solving, and a solid grasp of how people interact with digital products. You will be involved across the product design cycle, from early research and concept work to testing and refinement, helping ensure the final experience is both useful and enjoyable.

To do well in this role, you should bring creativity, careful attention to detail, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in creating products that address real user needs. Comfort working in collaborative settings and improving work based on feedback and usability findings is important.

Responsibilities

• Build clear and intuitive interface designs for websites, mobile apps, and software tools
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and supporting visual assets
• Create design solutions that align with product objectives and end-user expectations
• Carry out user research, usability assessments, and design reviews
• Structure information and navigation in a way that is easy to understand and use
• Design interactive flows that improve engagement and make products easier to use
• Work with product, research, and development teams throughout the design workflow
• Maintain consistency across design systems, components, and overall user experience
• Apply accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices in every design
• Share design ideas, recommendations, and reasoning with stakeholders
• Keep design files, guidelines, and asset libraries organized and up to date

Requirements

• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and user-centered design methods
• Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished interface designs
• Understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
• Strong creative thinking and practical problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and consistency in design output
• Working knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards
• Ability to turn user needs and business goals into effective design outcomes
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and handle several design tasks at once
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Interest in continuously improving design knowledge and practices
