Role Overview

Plutus Media is seeking a dedicated UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator to produce engaging TikTok videos aligned with client branding and marketing goals. This contractual position requires onsite presence in Australia or New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and upload 30 captivating TikTok videos every month that resonate with target audiences.
• Craft creative and high-quality content that matches clients' brand identity and campaign priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate fresh and innovative content concepts aligned with marketing strategies.
• Provide weekly reports detailing account analytics and performance metrics.
• Submit content for review and approval as requested by project guidelines.
• Perform account setup and warming tasks adhering strictly to project instructions.
• Ensure content posting schedules are consistent and meet all delivery deadlines.
• Adhere carefully to creative briefs while maintaining high content standards.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring prompt communication and timely delivery.
• Respond efficiently to team feedback and revision requests, implementing changes rapidly to improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Communicate proactively regarding any potential delays, obstacles, or changes in availability that could affect deliverables.
• Participate actively in weekly account review meetings and contribute constructively to performance discussions.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record creating UGC for brands, e-commerce platforms, consumer apps, or direct-response marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent content production timelines and meet recurring deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed base payment per project.
