Job description
About the Role
We are an established organization specializing in managing international mobility projects and European Union-funded programs. To strengthen our team, we seek a professional dedicated to managing the incoming participant flows and developing our network of partners and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome students, graduates, and educators participating in international mobility initiatives.
- Oversee the entire stay of participants, ensuring organizational and operational support throughout.
- Coordinate logistical services including transfers, accommodations (hotels, residences, apartments), meals, and related services.
- Manage participant placements with host companies, training centers, and schools for internships, job shadowing, and educational activities.
- Regularly monitor mobility progress through feedback sessions with participants and partners, in collaboration with the Outgoing team.
- Promptly address logistical, organizational, or relational issues as they arise.
- Handle participant reception and assign accommodations appropriately.
- Expand and strengthen the network of suppliers and partners, negotiating collaboration agreements aligned with company procedures and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with other company departments involved in project management and activity reporting.
Qualifications and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in languages, tourism, or related disciplines.
- Solid understanding of European programs, especially Erasmus+, and international mobility projects.
- Excellent command of the German language.
- Good knowledge of the local territory and key operators in the tourism and education sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with basic accounting and financial reporting is advantageous.
