TP Tutors is part of the Supporting Education Group, the UK's foremost education services platform. We focus on delivering specialized support for children and young people through our SEND & Inclusion division. Our mission encompasses enhancing learning experiences across mainstream, specialist, and alternative provisions via personalised tuition, targeted interventions, exam support, and mentoring, aimed at breaking down barriers and increasing engagement, confidence, attendance, and academic progress.

Our North Tuition team, based in Northern England, is a close-knit group dedicated to open communication and professional growth in a supportive environment. As a Tuition Consultant, you will be vital in connecting local authorities, schools, and tutors to shape effective tuition experiences for learners. Prior experience is not required; passion for education and eagerness to develop are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and match new candidates and transition current ones to suitable tutoring roles.
• Coordinate with clients to design tuition programs aligned with their specific needs.
• Promote and sell tuition services within designated geographic regions to new and existing clients.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, quality benchmarks, and organizational values across all business areas.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and protection for children and vulnerable adults, following company policies and national guidelines.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Demonstrates passion for education’s impact through tutoring and mentoring, irrespective of previous sector experience.
• Capable of effectively recognizing talent and matching individuals with appropriate tuition placements.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an engaging interpersonal style.
• Adopts a project management mindset: able to plan, execute, and monitor tasks systematically.
• Displays curiosity and active listening to understand backgrounds, needs, and aspirations of diverse individuals.
• Thrives in both collaborative team settings and independent work environments, showing initiative and self-motivation.
