About the Role
As a Trust & Safety Analyst at Accenture in Hyderabad, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of online content on major digital platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing user-generated content such as profiles, audio, videos, and text, as well as investigating and escalating flagged issues. This role requires resilience as exposure to graphic, sensitive, or objectionable material is possible. Our Trust & Safety team not only contributes to safer internet environments but also helps improve AI technologies by testing and challenging these systems in real scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess content compliance with community standards, policies, and legal frameworks across various team levels.
- Perform detailed analysis to resolve policy gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues promptly.
- Apply thorough knowledge of community guidelines to make well-informed content decisions.
- Stay current with applicable laws and regulations, such as child protection and data privacy.
- Conduct content reviews and research to guide multiple teams effectively.
- Identify improvement opportunities in support tools and processes through collaborative initiatives.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Advanced critical thinking abilities to deconstruct complex problems and develop actionable solutions independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey decision rationales clearly including to senior stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making skills balancing user safety with platform integrity.
- High emotional resilience and coping capacity for handling disturbing content.
- Strong self-motivation, time management, and diligent work ethics.
- Curiosity and proactive information gathering instincts.
- Previous experience in content moderation roles is essential, preferably 3 to 5 years.
Qualifications & Language Requirements
- Any graduation degree is required.
- Fluency in Arabic at an advanced proficiency level.
- CEFR language proficiency level of B2 or higher.
Additional Attributes
- Intermediate industry awareness related to content moderation.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, escalation management, stakeholder communication, multi-tasking, and writing composition.
- Strong attention to detail and conversation management skills.
