Treasury Analyst / Consultant - SAP Treasury Solutions

About the Role

This position is for a Treasury Analyst or Consultant focusing on SAP Treasury solutions, based in cities such as Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad. The role involves applying deep domain knowledge and technical skills to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions across treasury functions, primarily catering to international clients including those in European and global markets.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting client business requirements, conducting client workshops, supporting treasury transformation projects, optimizing processes, and contributing to continuous innovation through knowledge sharing and asset development. Regular client interaction and providing expert functional inputs are integral to the role.

Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Finance, or professional certifications such as CA or CMA.
• Between 1 to 4 years of experience for Analyst level; 4 to 7 years for Consultant level, preferably with progressive consulting or business experience.
• Minimum two years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Treasury modules.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the S/4HANA Treasury suite and treasury consulting capabilities.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes related to debt investments, foreign exchange hedging, in-house banking, and bank communication management.
• Experience or exposure to thought leadership, consulting assets, methodologies, research papers, or marketing materials within treasury technologies.
• Expertise in one or more of the following SAP areas: SAP TRM, SAP IHC, SAP BCM, SAP Cash Liquidity Management, SAP Cash Management on Hana, FSCM Credit and Collections Dispute, SAP FSCM Credit Management, SAP Dispute and Collection Management, SAP Credit Management, and SAP Electronic Bank Statement bank reconciliation.
