Role Description and Accountabilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of cash and POS transactions at each reception point.
• Ensure timely deposit of all collected cash into the bank on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records pertaining to all banking transactions.
• Assess and establish the daily cash position for each till location.
• Adhere strictly to cash management procedures and financial policies related to banking transactions as mandated by the finance department.
• Monitor and track all POS devices deployed.
• Review closed accounts daily at the end of day (EOD) to ensure accuracy.
• Compile and prepare detailed POS reports regularly.

Scope and Coverage

This role involves managing cashiering and banking activities for cash receipts across all My Clinic locations within the Central region of Saudi Arabia.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Must be registered with SOCPA and actively pursuing relevant accounting qualifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard office productivity tools is essential.
