Role Overview
The Houseperson/Runner will support supervisors and housekeeping staff by helping maintain quality standards and timely room turnover. This role is centered on cleanliness, organization, guest support, and smooth daily operations across assigned areas.

Key Duties
- Keep standards of cleanliness and service consistently high
- Organize and restock storage closets as needed
- Help remove used linens from units when instructed
- Collect trash and soiled linens from rooms
- Prepare linen and supply bags according to direction
- Deliver linen and supply bags to assigned units
- Inspect buildings or floors to confirm they are clear of linens, trash, and equipment
- Notify the team about maintenance concerns following company procedures
- Report any lost-and-found items to the Executive Housekeeper
- Assist with moving furniture when requested
- Maintain a safe work environment at the site and office
- Perform additional site-operation tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper
- Work with urgency to help ensure units are ready on time
- Arrive punctually for all tasks and scheduled appointments
- Use supplies and equipment responsibly and efficiently
- Support linen counts and supply inventory as directed
- Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Build positive relationships with guests and owners
- Assist resort guests and owners when needed
- Deliver items to guests as directed
- Develop familiarity with the resort property
- Maintain a valid driver's license, which is required for this role
Qualifications and Work Expectations
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without accommodation
- Comfortable making decisions and handling day-to-day tasks independently
- Good planning and scheduling skills
- Able to read, write, and perform basic math
- Consistently punctual and dependable
- Strong interest in cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt behavior and work approach as needed
- Willingness to work irregular hours
- A valid driver's license is required for certain locations
Physical Requirements
