Role Overview

We are inviting applications from dynamic couples or two-person teams to serve as full-time Traveling Community Managers. In this role, you will provide pivotal leadership and operational support to our Independent Living Retirement Communities nationwide during periods of management transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interim leadership to communities undergoing management changes, leaves, or special projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of community operations including sales, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and resident services.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Assist in achieving community goals related to occupancy, finances, and operations.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture benefiting both employees and residents.
  • Act as a reliable resource to maintain stability and success during transitions.

Who We Seek

  • A couple or two-person team who are passionate about senior service.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the country.
  • Applicants must be at least 25 years old to meet liability insurance criteria for operating the resident shuttle.
  • Strong leadership capabilities along with hospitality, sales, and customer service expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets.
  • Competency in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new technology systems.
  • Extensive experience in hiring, training, and leading sizable teams.
  • A servant-leadership mindset with ability to perform in various operational roles as required.
  • Adaptability to new environments and skill at building strong relationships with residents and staff.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary of $60,000 per individual.
  • Immediate access to earned pay available.
  • A $341 benefit stipend each pay period available for health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, HSA/FSA/LSA accounts, accident and hospital indemnity, and legal or identity theft protection.
