Join a team that helps customers explore the world through tailored travel planning and expert guidance. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure, and is eager to learn while building a career in travel. What You’ll Do
- Design personalised travel plans and memorable itineraries for customers.
- Recommend suitable options across flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and related travel products.
- Provide a welcoming, respectful, and attentive customer experience.
- Act as a dependable adviser who listens carefully and helps customers feel confident about their plans.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- You are often the person others ask for travel advice, ideas, and practical tips.
- You enjoy finding creative ways to improve results and solve travel-related problems.
- You are motivated by sales performance, KPIs, and incentive-based earnings.
- You keep yourself well organised and manage time effectively.
- You can handle customer interaction while also completing behind-the-scenes work such as itinerary building, invoicing, and booking system tasks.
Benefits
- Recognition and celebration through internal events, including the annual Global Gathering.
- Career development support through global growth pathways.
- Access to an in-house health and wellbeing team offering consultations, webinars, courses, and global challenges.
- One paid hour each working week for activity or wellbeing-focused time.
- Free financial planning guidance through the in-house Moneywise team.
- Access to travel discounts and sponsored familiarisation trips to experience new destinations and products.
- Base pay plus uncapped incentives, with a percentage of every sale from day one.
- A workplace that encourages individuality and authenticity.
