Travel Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Travel Consultant proficient in Amadeus or Galileo Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling B2B tour packages and preferably possess IATA certification. This role requires managing inbound and outbound calls, handling guest inquiries within strict turnaround times, and maintaining high standards of telephone and email communication etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently use Amadeus or Galileo GDS to manage travel bookings and related processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while assisting guests with their travel-related queries promptly within stipulated TAT.
• Ensure professional telephone and email communication with customers adhering to the highest etiquette standards.
• Work flexibly in rotational shifts as required by the business schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have working knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo GDS systems.
• Experience in selling business-to-business (B2B) tour packages is required.
• Possession of IATA certification will be considered an added advantage.
