Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented candidates to join as Travel Consultants. This is an immediate full-time opportunity based in Bhopal, requiring no prior extensive experience, welcoming freshers to professionals with up to 2 years of background in related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and organizing domestic and international vacations based on their needs.
• Understand customer preferences and suggest appropriate travel packages.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, provide quotations, and confirm bookings.
• Manage inquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel service providers to facilitate travel arrangements.
• Offer excellent support before and after bookings to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet sales targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years experience in Travel, Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality sectors.
• Fluent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• A genuine passion for travel and assisting customers in planning their trips.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office, email, and internet use.
• A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-moving work environment.
