Role Summary
This position is responsible for performing helper duties in support of the assigned crew.
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide vehicles into open parking spaces using hand signals or signs so traffic keeps moving efficiently and space is used effectively.
- Watch the parking area for vehicles parked without permission, rule violations, or anything unusual that may indicate a security concern.
- Keep the lot tidy and safe by removing litter, flagging maintenance problems, and making sure the area is properly lit.
- Carry out routine checks of the parking area to spot and respond to possible safety risks.
- Inform management about vehicle accidents or any damage to property.
- Coordinate with security teams, supervisors, and other staff to help the parking area run smoothly.
Qualifications
- A background of around 3 years in industrial construction or maintenance is preferred.

- The role may involve climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repeated motions.
