About the Role
Join DHL Supply Chain as a Transport Planner at the SWROC Multi User Site in Avonmouth, England. This permanent, full-time position involves overseeing and optimising daily transport operations to guarantee smooth, cost-effective logistics that maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Monday to Friday shifts are standard, set within a fast-paced environment where proactive problem solving, organisation, and communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and enhance daily transport schedules and activities to maximize efficiency and control costs.
- Liaise effectively with drivers, customers, operational teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure service excellence.
- Track compliance with operational standards, evaluate performance metrics, and seek opportunities for ongoing improvements.

- Experience working within transport planning, logistics, or broader supply chain contexts.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
