Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join DHL Supply Chain as Storepersons in High Wycombe, Western Australia. This role is critical in maintaining efficient warehouse processes and supporting outstanding service to customers in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately processing both inbound and outbound orders within stringent timeframes.
• Organizing goods by performing put-aways into assigned warehouse locations to promote accessibility and orderliness.
• Replenishing stock promptly to ensure uninterrupted availability and smooth warehouse operations.
• Utilizing handheld RF scanning devices for seamless order handling and inventory tracking.
• Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to generate labels and confirm data accuracy.
• Assisting with stocktakes to maintain correct and up-to-date inventory records.
• Maintaining awareness of workplace hazards and proactively contributing to a safe warehouse environment.

Required Experience and Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume warehouse setting.
• Forklift license is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and use of RF scanning technology.
• Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Competence in inventory management processes.
