Role Overview

The Transport and Fleet Coordinator role, available for immediate joining and located on-site in Ras Al Khaimah, is responsible for managing everyday fleet operations. Key duties include planning and scheduling vehicle movements, routing, dispatching to ensure timely transportation activities, and monitoring vehicle usage and maintenance. The role demands compliance with safety regulations and maintenance of accurate records for all fleet operations. Effective communication with drivers, internal teams, and customers is essential for resolving transport issues and maintaining service excellence. The coordinator also contributes to improving transport procedures, monitoring key performance indicators, and escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in fleet operations and management, including vehicle scheduling, routing, and maintenance oversight.
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities to liaise with drivers, internal stakeholders, and clients.
• Skilled in operations management with a focus on optimizing transport workflows and achieving performance goals.
• Experience using transport or logistics software; familiar with data analysis and reporting of fleet metrics.
• Knowledgeable about UAE road regulations, safety standards, and commercial vehicle documentation.
• Available to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah and able to join immediately for quick response to operational requirements.
• Preferred qualification includes a diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Prior work experience in fleet coordination, transport planning, or logistics within industrial or construction sectors is advantageous.
