Your Contribution to Success
- Manufacture various transformer windings (e.g., layer, coil, screw, spiral windings) using semi-automatic vertical and horizontal winding machines according to drawings and work plans
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of your work with corresponding documentation
- Progress through a multi-level system up to a specialist position within the winding department
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery
Who We Are Looking For
- Completed vocational training in electrical or mechanical trades (e.g., electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, machine and plant operator)
- Motivated career changers from industrial or manual trades are also invited to apply
- Preferably experience working with technical drawings and bill of materials
- Meticulous, responsible with strong technical understanding
- Willingness to work in a three-shift rotating system (late, early, night shifts weekly)
