Role Overview
This position is focused on delivering structured learning interventions for FLS and USMs so they can strengthen their understanding of the job, build selling capabilities, and improve performance across the territory. The role supports induction, ongoing skill development, recruitment-related learning, and sales workshops that contribute to higher productivity.
Job Context and Challenges
The role operates in a setting with several practical challenges. A key difficulty is bringing trainees, particularly advisors, into training sessions because they are not on the company payroll and may not see immediate value in investing time in development. The span of control is large at 1:6, which can reduce training frequency. Additional constraints include a wide geographic spread, limited training infrastructure, and a shortage of training enablers.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver the training architecture in full so that planned learning outcomes are achieved.
- Run all employee training sessions according to the defined framework.
- Conduct a range of training programs based on the changing and periodic needs of distributors.
- Keep STMS records updated on time to maintain accurate documentation.
- Work with distributors to understand capability gaps and business opportunities.
- Align distributor learning with BSLI objectives and provide interventions that improve engagement and mind share.
- Share insights on competing products to support the sales team.
- Ensure product launch communication is fast and accurate so new offerings are understood and embraced quickly.
- Invest continuously in personal capability building and complete quarterly Aditya Disha e-learning requirements.
- Pursue professional development courses relevant to the role and complete them within the required timelines.
- Contribute to projects assigned by the TPD training team, if any.
Additional Information
The role expects regular coordination with training, sales, and distributor-facing teams. It also requires consistent focus on record keeping, capability enhancement, and execution discipline.
