Job description
Job Purpose
This role serves as the main HR contact for the assigned zone and supports the full employee lifecycle in partnership with business stakeholders. The position also coordinates with central HR specialist teams to implement zone-level HR initiatives and ensures smooth execution of key people processes.
Core Accountabilities
- Act as the primary HR representative for the designated zone and support employee lifecycle processes for the zone’s workforce.
- Work closely with corporate HR specialist teams to drive and execute HR programs at the zone level.
- Handle routine employee questions and concerns, and contribute to practical solutions across employee relations, workforce planning, hiring and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee development, and organizational change matters.
- Enable important employee processes such as performance management and talent management across all lines of business in the zone.
