About the Role

Based in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland, Nua Healthcare Services is a prominent private healthcare provider specializing in residential and supported living services for children and adults with complex support needs. We are inviting motivated and detail-oriented applicants to join our Training Team as a Training Administrator. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administration tasks related to new employee onboarding.
  • Organize and schedule all training and development activities.
  • Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis.
  • Coordinate the Management Development Programme.
  • Maintain and update all training and development records and assist in scheduling relevant events.
  • Prepare documentation and compile weekly and monthly training reports.
  • Build proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.

Candidate Requirements

  • Understanding of relevant standards and legislation pertaining to healthcare training.
  • Prior experience in a training and development capacity is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated respect for diversity and individuality.

  • Experience working with individuals with additional or complex needs.
