Position Overview

We seek enthusiastic and confident trainers proficient in delivering impactful soft skills training to adult learners and working professionals. The role demands strong communication skills, engaging facilitation, and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Candidates must demonstrate previous facilitation experience and share a portfolio of speaking engagements or trainings conducted.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive classroom and workshop sessions for adult and corporate participants.
• Lead discussions, roleplays, presentations, experiential and group learning activities.
• Deliver learner-focused training aligned with program objectives and outcomes.
• Guide participants in key soft skills including communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, customer service, workplace professionalism, public speaking, and personal growth.
• Incorporate practical workplace examples, case studies, and real-life applications.
• Boost learner confidence through dynamic facilitation and engagement.
• Manage classroom dynamics to maintain a professional, positive training environment.
• Present and facilitate confidently for groups of varying sizes.
• Collaborate with training, operations, and academic teams to ensure program success.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience in industry, facilitation, coaching, speaking, or training.
• Excellent classroom facilitation, communication, and learner engagement capabilities.
• Confidence in hosting and presenting to small and large groups.
• Skill in engaging audiences through storytelling and interactive presentation techniques.
• Strong classroom management and professional conduct.
• Collaborative and positive team player involving trainers, operations, and internal stakeholders.
• Professional portfolio showcasing past workshops, speaking engagements, facilitation sessions, and corporate projects.
• Relevant qualifications such as ACLP, ACTA, DACE, coaching or HR certifications are preferable.
